Andrew Chrisomalis started his career with Equitable Advisors in 2011. After building his own book of business and helping numerous clients for 6 years, he was promoted to Vice President and started his own district within the flagship New York City Office.

In 2018, Andrew met Jason Gold, a recent graduate from Rutgers College. The two hit it off immediately and started working on their joint mission to provide comfort to families and businesses through financial planning. The two are very passionate about their work and are continuously humbled knowing that they've impacted and improved the lives of so many. 

As Jason and Andrew continued to grow, their team did as well. In 2025 they launched ARC Wealth Management with the blessing from Equitable Advisors to provide white glove service and financial planning results to their clients.
